Re: LEGO guy needed for TV _ TORONTO AREA

(...) But today is Aug 8, 2005. (...) Or should that have gone to STFU@hotmail.com Derek (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  "vincez01"'s WW2 Gallery Additions

I'm not sure if "vincez01" is a member here, but he's updated his gallery with some very nice builds of a T-34, Tiger and the Karlgerat(?). I just started on a T-34 myself, built from Jörgen Andersson's DAT file. Take a peek at Vince's gallery. Very (...) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.build.military)

LEGO guy needed for TV _ TORONTO AREA

I just got a call from a gal looking for: one person to build some kind of "smallish" custom creations (food related) for a TV cooking show. The "gag" is to have the thing be built in a quasi-time-laps kind of way, then at the end, have the thing (...) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Schpiffkraft Hakenkreuz

  Re: Schpiffkraft Hakenkreuz

(...) Thanks for the thoughtful critique yet again, Marc. The Eastern Block is an ironic look at the future of communism (similiar to Keith Goldman's Iron Reich, an ironic look at futuristic fascism - but not condoning it). And while the Soviet (...) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

PNLTC.org - Where did the site go?

I happened to notice that (URL) is no longer working. I know that PNLTC spilt into PSLTC and GPLR, but the PSLTC site gives the impression that the PNLTC site would stick around. -Jason (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: Schpiffkraft Hakenkreuz

(...) The current discussion centers around a symbol of hate & the darkest chapter of modern history. A state-sanctioned doctrine of extermination cannot be compared to a failed economic system. This is orders of magnitude worse. -nk (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Schpiffkraft Hakenkreuz

  Re: LEGO Banners

(...) We're not totally sure (we've not seen them in person), but from the picture, it looks to be about 2 feet square. Dowels are probably that long as well. Jake --- Jake McKee Community Liaison LEGO Community Team (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, FTX)

(...) It's even more sad that crap like this was highlighted. Four times... Where's the delete button when you need it? -- Nathan Wells (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: LEGO Banners

(...) How big are the banners, specifically how long are the dowels? The flag looks like it'll fold up fine, but I think most of us will have a very limited amount of luggage space after the planned buying sprees this weekend!   LEGO Banners

In one of my many scavenging trips through the company, I found some cool LEGO logo banners that would be perfect for club layouts or other public presentations. Since BrickFest is right around the corner (yeah!), I thought the best way to get them (...) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.events.brickfest, FTX)

  Re: ScriptEd - Question

(...) The MindScript compiler is very buggy when it comes to reporting the actual location of a compiler error, unfortunately. The wrapper I wrote that is used within BricxCC tries to account for the problems it has and adjust the error information (...) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

Re: 2005 LDraw.org Standards Committee Vote Results

(...) Thanks to all for your good wishes! The LSC has not deliberated on this topic enough, but deliberation has officially started. I've made a motion that this be accepted as official.   Re: Ulmaris Castle

Very nice?! Only very nice?! Absolutely beautiful! This has got to be one of the greatest castle MOCs I've ever seen, and I've seen most castles one brickshelf and on MOCpages! I really must congratulate you. And I thought mine were good... :) (...) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

Re: PromoBricks.com needs your help! (Pictures of Lego stores)

(...) Yup - I check that page often. The pictures there are ok, but not really what I am looking for. I would really like to have original content and larger pictures than what Lego.com has. I have got a good response from this posting - thanks (...) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: Set 10030 ("Imperial Star Destroyer") re-release comments

(...) Ryan, you are leaving a $300 Lego model at work.... er um.... is it secure there? Or will you come to work one morning with nothing but a few loose plates lying about because one of the night time cleaning crew took a fancy to it? Anyway, I (...) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-05, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Schpiffkraft Hakenkreuz
