Re: A goat. Sometimes I'm close to despair.

HAHAHA! Awesome! Cute lil' guy too. Now you just need the Designer Set T-Rex chomping on one or two of these. :D "The goat? He's going to eat the goat?" "Excellent!" -Stefan- (21 years ago, 24-Jul-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle, FTX)

Re: Are the new 8420 tires bigger than the last model's?

Hello Nathan, The largest tyres are the tyres from the power puller or the 4x4 off roader. these are 10.5 cm. but I believe you do know that. I would estimate these tyres are 8.1 cm in diameter as all motorcycle models do have tyres of this (...) (21 years ago, 23-Jul-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: New part: Trailer Base 4 x 16 x 1

(...) I have only looked at the official parts library and the parts tracker to see if this part existed. (...) Yes, my part is BFD:ed and uses the latest primitives and has the same kind of orientation as the other trailer base of that time (...) (21 years ago, 23-Jul-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Alternate MOC files with a challenge

Hi! The last couple of years I have tried to inspire many people to build there own alternate MOCs. Although I've seen quite a lot of these cool models there are still many people only asking for instructions or CAD files. Before I am going to work (...)   Re: Shiko

(...) This might be the first mech I've seen that will literally (URL) bend over backwards> to get the job done. I see he's also into (URL) and (URL). That's a lot of posability. BTW, whatever lighting/editing you used for the sit-up shot, try to (...) (21 years ago, 23-Jul-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: T.A.U.

(...) snip I think the three-leg design helps contribute to the angular theme of the mech, which makes it more interesting, IMO. Four legs would almost give it too much symmetry. I like the gray color scheme, and the use of the printed slopes really (...) (21 years ago, 23-Jul-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Build the Trust

For anyone interested in plans for building a Frank Lloyd Wright replica, or just understanding the patterns at work in them, there is an excellent book. William Storrer's Frank Lloyd Wright Companion has re-created floor plans and photographs of (...) (21 years ago, 23-Jul-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.lego, lugnet.general)

  Re: New part: Trailer Base 4 x 16 x 1

(...) We can use the part number x726, which I already have "reserved" for this part. See (URL) I assume your part is BFD:ed and makes much better use of primitives than mine, originally authored back in 1998. Most likely better oriented than mine, (...)
