(...) It's not a good solution, but if you turn off transparency sorting, the problem will probably go away. (The reason it's not a good solution is that other artifacts will likely be visible then.) I'll investigate. I don't see this in the UI (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-05, to lugnet.cad.ray)

(...) Thanks for the kind words, Cyndi. Emerge has actually had a very good response- I think its just that Brickfest, Brickshelf, and our other forms of sharing having a different center of attention. There have been a few occasions where people (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-05, to lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)

(...) Very cool. I like how you've made this work as a believable PCS craft in this scale. It reminds me of the later CS sets, having a partial canopy and an open bottom. I think some grey or blue greebles instead of the grill-printed slopes on the (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Saw the show last night. Pretty cool stuff. Did the room of a kid who lost his Mom who was fighting over in Iraq. Did the whole thing in Lego. Lego lamps, furniture, even Ty's megaphone. At the end of the show you saw a bit of the head of one (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-05, to lugnet.mediawatch)

(...) Which I agree would be a very cool thing to see, especially with some strategic filming. Is there not room for both? Again, it would be neat to include Spybotics as well - depending on the behaviour you are trying to get. (21 years ago, 23-May-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.robotics.rcx)

(...) Hi! Cool. Now I'm a cohort ;-) (...) Well, sort of... the robotic forklift I brought to HoB is currently the most complex module (that I *know* about) that requires an RCX, but there are some other options. A ball-sorting mechanism is (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.robotics.rcx)

(...) TOTALLY agree. Not saying it's not relevant to robotics, there is lots of clever mechanical stuff to be learned from GBC... Just saying it's somewhat in a different direction from leaving a bunch of identical RCX based autonomous mobile (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.robotics.rcx)

(...) Not having an RCX does not necesarily make it irrelevant to robotics. I consider automatons fairly relevant - and the technique of getting a single motor to do many things is a very valuable one, especially considering the IO limitations of (...)
