Re: GMLTC at the NMRA National Convention

(...) First, *Thanks* for the kind words! TLG so far has given us two keychains, and an "Idea Book". We've contacted them a few times, and a few 'Special Events' people saw the layout at The Great Create last fall. They say "Great job, keep up the (...) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: I'm off to Billund on Thursday

Got back today... Had a great time. No new trains, sadly :-( I had heard that prices for food and general items were high in Denmark, but I didn't reckon on 100% more than ours! I'll post a fuller report ASAP... Huw Millington (...) (25 years ago, 2-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: train club

Any idea what the exhibition cost is? I recently picked up a couple of train cars so I am hooked. Still don't have any track or engines but I suspect it is just a matter of time.
