I just have to say, I love the motif image on those pages. I had to go get a 24t gear just to see if the silhouette really does look like two kids joining hands. That is so cool. Can somebody such as myself get my hands on a review copy?? You can slap me back into reality if this is already common knowledge, but ..... I just went to the O'Reilly web page and looked up the Lego Mindstorms book and it shows a "robotic rabbit" (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

I find it handy to use as a "manual override" switch. I have one setup where for whatever reason the touch sensor isn't 100% responsive and when it fails to register the structure begins to tear itself apart. Being able to press the button on the (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

I hope not!! I like SW sets and all, but I would like to see more Space themed sets. It sounds a little too impractical and uncalled for. Half of Lego was Space for a time! Would Space Port be considered this, or is it Town? (...) (25 years ago, 30-Jul-99, to lugnet.general)
