Kerry, Many thanks for that, in the end they contacted me. I will be providing some feedback to Lego, via a letter, detailing what I tried, to ensure they are aware of the "challenges" I exerienced, and have an opportunity to improve the process. (...) When are the PT rendered images updated? Only when they are submitted or also when any sub-parts they contain are submitted? Reason I ask is that I re-sumitted a sub-part today to correct a problem (I'd left some quads in the colours I'd used during (...) (21 years ago, 3-Mar-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
