When are the PT rendered images updated? Only when they are submitted or also
when any sub-parts they contain are submitted?
Reason I ask is that I re-sumitted a sub-part today to correct a problem (I'd
left some quads in the colours I'd used during debugging) and the sub-part that
uses the re-submitted sub-part is still showing the blobs of colour.
