I'm worth a million in prizes...

I have one 5206 Speed Computer, companion to the 5206 Speed Computer we gave out at a previous event as a prize, for the winner of rtlToronto18. I also have some fantastic (who am I kidding, it's random crap like neon scorpions and octopusses) (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: AN OPEN LETTER TO.....was (Re: Ugh...)

(...) There is now Coke all over my monitor, from imagining how the orange pop all over Calum's monitor is removed when he finds something funny. Derek (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Ugh...

(...) Actually, it IS a blue ball. I picked up a Spin and Shoot, so I have a pair of blue balls, AND a pair of red balls ( (URL) ) and a few yellow ones, thrown in for fun... Steve "I've really got balls" (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) (there's no orange pop all over my monitor) Janey was right, we do ask for it. Calum (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

RE: Lego water-freezing rapid prototype machine

(...) For those interested, the current issue of Popular Science has a rather larger article devoted to the ink-jet printer and how it has spawned technical growth in the 3D prototyping arena. The article goes in depth on how an ink-jet printer (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Ugh...

(...) LOL well it was a nice try, but I believe it is one of these: (URL) your proof is found wanting ;) ROSCO (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Ugh...

(...) Well, what more can I really say that hasn't been said before? I guess I could publically state again that these folks are some sort of weirdos who need serious help, but all that would do is further alienate me (and the group) from the rest (...)   Re: Open letter to the CEO of the LEGO Company / Call for discussion!

(...) I've been here since the beginning, but honestly, I only read LUGNET a couple times a week now. The only reason I read this is Duane's post hit my radar screen on a private list. It's just not worth my time anymore to read a bunch of (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.color) !

  Re: MOC4100: Cranetruck

(...) Amazing work on all your alternate models. Wow! If not full-blown instructions, have you considered doing pics of your model during construction/deconstruction? I know I wouls love to try out some of your designs so I could see them in my (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: Lego Studios Question

(...) I also have this problem. There used to be a FAQ telling you to send them questions through e-mail. I sent two emails, one in Sept/Oct and Another in late November. I never recieved any response. Please let me know what they say if anyone (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: Lego water-freezing rapid prototype machine

Hey, Chris! Good to hear from you! There was some discussion of a rapid prototyper started a while back by Steve Baker and I believe he was going to attempt to use expanding 3M insulation foam, laid out in drops as the material. Discussion of other (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: teen FOLs: do we actually exist?

  Lego water-freezing rapid prototype machine

I seem to recall seeing a creation someone made of a Lego-based rapid prototyping mill that deposited water droplets that froze on contact to build shapes. Was I hallucinating? I can't find it using Google, but I suspect I'm not searching for the (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: MOC4100: Cranetruck

Really impressive for a limited parts pallette. Is this an official alternate model? Or just proof that Lego's alternate designers need to work harder? :^) -Stefan- (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: teen FOLs: do we actually exist?

(...) We want to dispel that notion that age and skill and parts are interrelated. I'd say it's more the ability of the person and their character. I'm only 17, but I've got more bricks than some of the adults I know (85k to their 60k). He's a (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.people.teens, FTX)

  Re: Moongrazer

(...) I'm a bit late to this one but I think you missed an opportunity here. We could of had soldiers cutting loose down the hallway. ("Holy ---- man, they're everywhere!") These megaphone guns are useless man! Holy Brick man! What do we do?!? (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: teen FOLs: do we actually exist?

(...) He most certainly does, that Lamborghini is pretty nifty! (...) "Why is your room always messy!?!?" "I'm building." "*sigh*" It's always neat to have a parent sit down and try to build with their kid. My rather meandering and random 2 studs, (...) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.people.teens)

Re: Open letter to the CEO of the LEGO Company / Call for your signs! (no discussions here please)

I agree with the general intent of this letter and I don't care for minor mistakes caused by translation or for minor differences of opinions. René Hoffmeister (D); pre-2004: $3000 p.a.; 2004: $78 (DUPLO Castle) (21 years ago, 19-Jan-05, to lugnet.color, lugnet.dear-lego)

  Holiday houses

A couple of months ago I asked - in the forum of 1000Steine - if anyone could give me an e-mail adress or internet-adress of a touroperator that has holiday houses in the neighbourhood of LegoLand Gunzburg (because we want to plan our next vacation (...)
