  Re: Differenze tra i Ris (1.0 1.5 2.0)

Ciao Alessandro (...) Esatto. (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  Re: trading

(...) That would be better suited to market.theory than .general, at least in my opinion. (...) I find trades to be a fair bit of work and I find myself doing them less and less. The advent of automation at sites to aid buying and selling tilts it (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.market.theory)

  Re: The Great Ball Contraption

(...) Why impose more limits than necessary? Of the 10 modules in our (very successful) test GBC, these 4 would have to be eliminated for being out-of-spec: (not a multiple of 32) (URL) I forgot, you can't use 48x48 baseplates. Add this: (URL) to (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: The Great Ball Contraption

(...) Wow. Mondayness for me as well. I agree with you, Rob. That said, to start, Steve and Co. have their little thing goin' on, and I just wanted to point out that, within the parameters as layed out by them, one has toe potential to make a module (...)   Re: trading

(...) This was not for trading, but rarther the discussion of trades or not. Therefore I see, that it can be here as "general discussion". So: great to hear that you like them too! S (21 years ago, 9-Jan-05, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

"David Koudys" <dkoudys@redeemer.on.ca> wrote in message news:IA3zL9.xKJ@lugnet.com... (...) What's the big deal? Either you can make a module to comply with simple specs, or you can't. If you need more space and can't fit everything inside 1 - (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: The Great Ball Contraption

(...) <snip> (...) I love standards, but I also like the 'variedness' of the GBC modules--trying to get somethign specific hammered down, like 'only 32x32 baseplates with the bin in the bottom left corner' might be a little difficult. As it is, (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Differenze tra i Ris (1.0 1.5 2.0)

Ciao Alessandro, (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  Re: New MOC:

(...) This has to be, as mentioned earlier, your best Mobile Platform yet. As usual I dig the "cleanness" of the construction and color scheme. Would not change a thing. My favorite things though are the ordinance, the turrets, and the awesome seat. (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  RE: The Great Ball Contraption

<SNIP> (...) Personally, I think something similar to the moonbase concept should be applied--an input bin with opening or edge at a given heighth and width and placed in a specifica location on a standard footprint size, or perhaps by allowing (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Pyrite's Liquidation

Hello Everyone! Yes we are still liquidating! We will probably not be doing another round of discounts for a few more days. That should give us a chance to get caught up with shipping, preventing us from getting completely buried. We are packing as (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: Nominations 2005 SteerCo -- Tore Eriksson

(...) I am very honoured by the nomiation, but I hesitate to accept it. I want to know a little more about what it takes to be member of the SteerCo. So before I can accept or decline, I need to know what you do and how much work it takes. /Tore (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: The Great Ball Contraption

(...) I completely agree with that assessment. However, the premise is that I'm using a 32x32 baseplate with the hopper in the bottom left hand corner--using that premise, the module can be used either in-line, or 90 degrees. If one does not use the (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics)

RE: TGBC - The Weakest Link?

<SNIP> (...) Like a train layout, how about routing/switching module to create multiple ball routes? This way, if any one module acts up, only modules affected in that path need to be dealt with. Given the standards (regarding input/output bin (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Anyone know Redjack Ryan?
