  Re: Lego kiosks in malls?

Re: Discussion of Train Table Sizes

(...) As a matter of interest, and linked to this subkect, do the US train clubs hold shows/events where every member turns up with a few modules and scenery straight from their homes, rather than holding all the tables/lego in one place? (...) (21 years ago, 16-Dec-04, to lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: Lego kiosks in malls?

(...) Those were a Waldenbooks/Borders operation. I worked in one when I was at Waldenbooks during Christmas 2002. My kiosk (in Towson, MD) did terribly - we ended up doing about 19% of the sales we had planned on making. A big part of the problem (...) (21 years ago, 16-Dec-04, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)
