  Re: My new Engine: SD70M

Nice job on the SD70M! What might work better for the logo than inlaid red bricks is to go to a hobby shop and pick up some good-quality decals to apply. It will definately give the engine a more prototypical look. -Tim (...) with (...) (25 years ago, 24-Jul-99, to lugnet.build, lugnet.trains)

  Re: Model Team Chopper

(...) According to a local Lego guy who works in a toy store, the 5542 is discontinued, so you shouldn't expect to see it restocked in stores. I think a couple of local toy stores still have one or two each, but they're $40 plus 8% NYS sales (...) (25 years ago, 24-Jul-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Chains and Gears

I have long wanted to build a light weight "Z" axis for a machine. This one is the lightest, functional one yet. Check the pictures at the bottom of the page. (URL) Fay rfay@we.mediaone.net The Shop (URL) (25 years ago, 24-Jul-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: train club

What are you proposing? A club on the scale of PNLTC where members build complex sections for a large layout or something on a smaller scale? I would be interested but at this time I can't contribute much as I don't have a train (yet, hoping to (...) (25 years ago, 24-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.us.nc.ral)

Re: Would anybody want to trade a 2150 with a 4555 MISB... ?

You're looking to trade an out of production set (and a highly coveted one at that) for in production sets, and you want MIB too!.   Re: Airport Shuttle 6399 for sale

  Re: Voting page for 9906

(...) But it was originally introduced as a Technic ski pole. And with that name, it goes great with the "2713.DAT Technic Ski" part. It's quite true that it is also used in many other sets, such as model team sets. But the Fabuland shovel is still (...) (25 years ago, 24-Jul-99, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Question on the Junk Box

At the same time, some of the stuff I have that I consider "junk" are brand new pieces.. it's just stuff I'd never use... though I suppose I'll save that for the other boxes and find some of the scuffed up kinda dirty pieces that don't clean up well (...)   Re: Volume of 2-3 million bricks (was: GMLTC Modules)

Conan has his uncle Chuck. Properly fed and cared for, Chuck can sort way more than 1 brick a second. Trust me.
