Re: Why is it pushed back? Was:Burlington is being shipped (in Europe, that is)

(...) that is exact.. here in europe, for the BNSF, the initial ship date was 11/09/04 and it has finally been shiped 10/24/04. Didier Enjary (22 years ago, 26-Oct-04, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.dear-lego)

Walmart has Mars Rovers again ($30)

Dropped by my loal Walmart yesterday, and they have about 60 copies of 7471 Mars Exploration Rover priced at $29.86. They were mostly on a pallet in the aisle, and on an endcap next to the megabloks. Only a couple were in with the LEGO. Still $5 (...) (22 years ago, 26-Oct-04, to lugnet.loc.ca)

  History of 4679

This is probably a question for Jake, but there may be other sources of info. How did 4679 come to be? With its odd but very useful collection of additional bits, you have to buy quite a few just to make sure you get some of the different versions. (...)   Re: Problem creating .pov using LGEO parts in L3PAdd-on

(...) Hi Tim, I have everything running on my E drive, so it is possible. :-) Here's my thought... There should be an LDRAW.INI file in your Windows directory. Make sure you have the "LgeoDirectory" entry set correctly under the "[LDRAW]" section, (...) (22 years ago, 26-Oct-04, to lugnet.cad.ray)

  Re: Onwards to rtlToronto18...

(...) What if we said that a 'bot could enter if it could only scan the Connect 4 board, or drop a chip anywhere and still be counted (though, so I'm told, that's what some of them did) The event is block stacking. We've done it 3 times before. If (...) (22 years ago, 26-Oct-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: LDGlite and LPub

(...) I assume that L3P allows the output to be any aspect ratio. The page is a little confusing that way. However, it's trying to tell you how the camera angle argument works, going on the assumption you haven't changed the aspect ratio. Just (...) (22 years ago, 26-Oct-04, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Why is it pushed back? Was:Burlington is being shipped (in Europe, that is)

(...) Simple: This isn't an exact science. We estimate our best guess and work hard to get things in place by those dates in order to get you goods as quickly as possible. Overall, our track record is that we typically ship on or often before the (...) (22 years ago, 26-Oct-04, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.dear-lego)

Piggybacking sensors, but in a different way

Is it possible to piggyback 1 sensor onto two rcx's? For instance, have one light sensor connected to port 1 of two different rcx's at the same time. The purpose would be for one rcx to control chassis movement, and another to control manipulator (...) (22 years ago, 26-Oct-04, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  Re: Click-Rotation Parts

(...) Why do high-res primitives make it easier to realize? Considering the size of this object, I'd lean toward needing to reduce it. Steve (22 years ago, 26-Oct-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Is there an official "membership" for SciBrick?

(...) Sure. Keep in mind we don't have to use your suggestions ;) - but I'm always open to hearing people's ideas. What sort of suggestions did you have in mind? It might be more appropriate to email me about them (Comm.Officer@scibrick.org) than to (...) (22 years ago, 26-Oct-04, to lugnet.org.scibrick)
