  Re: 2 Things...

(...) Thank you! Lugnet looks wonderful with my colors (works well with the background colors, too), which I've found to work on just about every website I've been to! ;) Link color: R0 G128 B0 (Green) Vlink color: R128 G64 B0 (Brownish-Orange) Jeff (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)

  RE: signals / legOS internals

(...) Not to put too fine a point on it, and I hope Kekoa agrees, but the "fluff" is the reason why replacement firmware works in the first place. Without the ROM vectors being dispatched through RAM pointers that are initialized by the ROM and then (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

  Re: Ideas for signal crossings

(...) Well, not signals for level crossings, but signals for signal towers and signal bridges. :-) Check (URL) for the basics of this 'work in progress'. I've done one mock-up, and then received some tips for simplifying it from a LUGNET reader, (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Train table construction and securing track

(...) I've had to deal with this in my roundhouse. (The 'securing track' part not the 'scenery below track level' so much.) Near the turntable, I've used the screw holes in the center tie to keep the rials aligned near the turntable itself. However, (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: superAUCTION 5: MIB Trades Welcome!!

(...) exposure. (...) woeful. I don't think the fact that maximum exposure is needed makes it off-topic in a newsgroup. That would would mean that you can best post in ALL newsgroups, even things like soc.ronald.reagan, soc.eastereggs or whatever. (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: Train table construction and securing track

I've been working on building a roadbed for the track with plates. So far I've only got roadbed under 1 straight, 4 curves and then 2 more straights. It's looking pretty good so far but I've got a long way to go. I haven't been able to work on it (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Off topic? - Looking for building budy in Seattle area

There are several members that don't own any of the train sets, and that's fine because everyone builds what they like to build. We usually post here when the train shows are, and they are also listed on our web site. We'll be sure to post when the (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.loc.us.wa.sea)

(...) I don't mean to be rude. It's been a long day. --Todd (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.admin.general)

Re: superAUCTION 5: MIB Trades Welcome!!

(...) It certainly may be the case that more exposure occurs in the .buy-sell- trade group than in the .auction group alone, but please understand that that doesn't magically make it any less off-topic for the .buy-sell-trade group. Shucks, if it (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.admin.general)

Re: Jar Jar will probably be back

(...) Nah, that is what I (don't) pay you for. Fixing my mistakes. :-) -- Terry K -- (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.starwars)
