| (...) OK, now there's a way to switch modes when you enter a group area -- you can click the "Redisplay: All | Compact" links to switch views. If you want to read just some specific group without its subgroups, you can also click a special link in (...) (27 years ago, 23-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)

OK Jeff, when you go to (URL) now, there is a link on the far left which says: View plain (without subgroups) If you click on that, then it pops you into a compact-article display of messages in lugnet.cad only, like the way a real newsreader (...) | (...) ideas presented. You can greatly enhance the looks of the raytraced images further by adding antialiasing, though. This will also remove the odd interference pattern on the semi.
