  Re: Too much forshadowing

(...) The IMDB lists Clive Revill as doing the voice. But I can't find any listing of who did the physical portrayal. The Emperor was physically present in TESB, wasn't he? -- Terry K -- (27 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Bug eyes, anyone?

Can someone take a look at part 30209, the bracket used to hold the 4x4 faceted hemisphere? It's used in Insectoids to hold the eyes, but more recently in the Spaceport lunar rover. My copy is "bent" or angled, meaning that if I attach the 1X2 plate (...) (27 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Reconstructing second hand LEGO sets

(...) It's not exhaustive, from any point-of-view. I think James documented the sets he had, for the pieces he could put online. Awhile ago, I created a utility to reformat the data by set. It quickly became apparent there were pieces missing for (...) (27 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Where are the World Cup Sets this time around?

(...) You're right, Dave, that is too bad. OTOH, soccer is not a big sport in the US, and women's soccer is even less important (in regards to the popularity) than men's. Since the WWC1999 is in the US, not Europe, TLG wouldn't sell as many sets in (...) (27 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: off- topic - Finally saw it - some thoughts

(...) Steve, I think you should follow the form: De bIG BOmM -- Terry K -- (27 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Actual LEGO Star Wars news.

(...) I think so. Next to/behind Watto in the stands? -- Terry K -- (27 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Classic Lego sets? (was Re: TLG 1998 Annual Report)

(...) Classic sets are in the online catalog at (URL). They should be called 'FreeStyle Redux'. They seem to be the same pieces as FreeStyle, but with packaging featuring modern colors and no kooky creations. Steve (27 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Classic Lego sets? (was Re: TLG 1998 Annual Report)

(...) That appears to be the 'new' line of basic sets. The numbering scheme is in the 42xx range (4215, 4217, 4222, etc), and the contents don't appear to be much different from other basic sets. James (URL) (27 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Repost: 30360 Cylider 3 x 6 x 2 2/3 Horizontal w/ cutout (SW Engine)

(...) I'm sorry, I couldn't read the end of your message. I think you've got the line-wrapping set too high. <gdr> Seriously, I think the name is fine (just fix the spelling). Just add some CATEGORY and KEYWORDS meta-tags: (...) 0 CATEGORY Cylinder (...) (27 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Is this piece in LDraw

(...) I've modeled the outside of the part, but the moving bit and the spring still need to be modeled. I posted the stationary part to cad.dat a while back, and I also used the part in my X-22A (You can get the MPD file, which contains the part, (...) (27 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad)
