  Re: 8475 Motor Tests

Ok, here is an extrapolated result for the short circuit (stalled) test. The current at 9 volts would be 3.6 amps. Since I did not wish to burn up the motor, I checked current readings at both 3 and 6 volts and also measured the DC resistance and (...)   Re: Western Mass, Lego, and More

(...) While not in Mass, I am just down the street in Enfield, CT. And speaking of Target... the Enfield Target has a number of MOT cars, as well as the exclusive train set with the Max and Charlie minifigs on sale. Not sure how much, but I remember (...)   Re: MINI Gasgano's Pod - MOC

Joel, This is really awesome! It totally has the look of the Official minis! Just wait and LEGO will be 'borrowing' this idea just like they borrowed Brucey-wan's Bomarr Monk desgin. Are you going to do the entire Mos Espa race pods? What a sight (...) (22 years ago, 8-Jan-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: AT-TE Comments

(...) Sure they can be removed but reuse after a while is not really feasable. My main beef is that LEGO included a sticker for a part that already exists in printed form. -Orion (22 years ago, 8-Jan-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: New Poll

(...) This reminds me of the legend of the current standard gauge, - that it was passed down from Roman times because that's what their chariot wheel widths were. Well, in the case of Lego where did our gauge come from? Where did 9V gauge come from? (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)
