Re: Preview of new 2003 sets

(...) Wow! I can't wait for July! The trains look great. I don't like the hockey stuff. But the police stuff seems to be okay, and at least it's TOWN! (even if it is juniorized, it's still progress) -Kevin (22 years ago, 4-Jan-03, to lugnet.year.2003, lugnet.general)

  Re: New Mecha (finally...)

(...) I'm there a lot (...) didn't let me down, build what YOU want, not what all us say to. besides, your reasons are really good for why you did it. i'll be glad to see other mocs w/ colors, but that doesn't detract from my liking of this one too (...)   Re: AT-TE mini (MOC)

Peter, You did a great job! I am not the biggest fan of the micro stuff, but your's is really good. I guess I will start being a fan now that LEGO has begun making the micro stuff. Keep it up, I really like what you did with this one, well done. (...) (22 years ago, 4-Jan-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Has this part been modeled?

Does anyone know if this part has been modeled? According to the linked page, it is just called a Timing Wheel. Thanks. (URL) (22 years ago, 4-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: [rtlToronto] rtlToronto/train4 Lego Train Show, January 18th, 2003

And that reminds me... I got a tiny video transmitter, and just finished building it into a train car (along with a small camera). I put pictures up on brickshelf: (URL) was thinking that live video from the trains would be cool. I might be in (...) (22 years ago, 4-Jan-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Harpy Air Superiority Fighter

(...) well done rendition, and the use of rocket cones made for an interesting accent to the front of the model. (Also, those 4 x 7 x 2 rounded cockpits attribute a more convincing look to the model. I should order several of them.) Just a few small (...) (22 years ago, 4-Jan-03, to lugnet.build.military)

(...) I am interested in the magazine! :-) (Ok, so this wasn't told through the website... I'll get there!) I have a question regarding future overseas distribution: *assuming* interest level is high enough, can we expect a European edition? (same (...)   Re: Preview of new 2003 sets

(...) It seems like things are improving. I still see significant traces of "Sparse Design Syndrome" and some "Non Reusable Pieces" but overall things are improving rapidly.   Re: Pipe Racers Demo Videos

(...) I'm concerned that we won't be able to support a track of much length without having Ts to support the structure. The weight of a robot with one or two RCXs is quite significant.
