I recently located several of the new SW sets here in Colorado Springs, at the new "super Target" on Powers.   Re: Review of 10030 Imperial Star Destroyer

(...) Agreed wholeheartedly, as I opened the box and removed the instructions I found that just travelling to my house had caused a severe rip in the spine. There was a rip on the front cover in the bottom left hand corner. However, after assembly, (...) (22 years ago, 30-Dec-02, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Rheingold Express in 8-wide

(...) Wow, amazing stuff! (...) I considered going, but the (ICE) traintrip would take 4 hours from Amsterdam and the Dutch Railways wouldn't give a quote on the price for a ticket on the website :-( Maybe next year I'll come for a whole weekend and (...)   Re: Review of 10030 Imperial Star Destroyer

One other point I forgot to mention in my original review ... The massive instruction book (228 A3 pages) is too heavy for its style of binding and the covers quickly detached from the rest of the book as I started to turn through the pages. And (...)   Re: New Poll: Why do you buy LEGO?

(...) Some other reasons I have bought LEGO: - to see how LEGO tackled a design problem - to acquire parts for trade - to collect the set - because the set is beautiful - because the price was too cheap to pass up - to acquire more tubs for storage (...)   Re: Pipe Racers Demo Videos

(...) It's really quite fun--part of it is because it's in 3D vs the usual 2D building we do (ie, wheeled/tracked floor based vehicle) and at that, you have to work at any angle (because the pipe is 1D, but you can approach the joint at 360 (...)   Re: Help defend the artist! (was Re: Brick Testament site linked with child porn case??!!)

(...) I agree completely, I'm no authority but I would suppose that what's in the BT is no more so that in the Bible.   Re: 8475 -- a good buy

(...) This reminds me of a go-cart race I was involved in once. 9 or 10 of us rented the place, and it turns out one person was a maniac - always smashing into people. Hyperaggressive when passing. Annoyed a lot of us. So inevitably, he'd end up (...) (22 years ago, 30-Dec-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) For most brick projects I can think of, it is. If you want to travel your robot around, you will have to deal with sin, cos, tan and square root.
