Yes, they are pullies. They most likely have a Technic spacer between them, and it would probably work just fine for making custom rims. As for the playability of that particular model, I don't care, it LOOKS cool ;-) Now if I could only get ALL (...) (26 years ago, 14-May-99, to lugnet.build)
