Just another idea. What if you attached all the boards in a ring, sort of the token ring network idea that IBM used in their networks. Only make communications go in a clockwise path, and give each board an id#. Send the number and then the info. (...) (27 years ago, 17-Jun-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

Hi, well that's a cooncidence. I'm working on a project witch multiple nodes via RS-232 also. We use a philips microcontroller(well 3 actually), but that doesn't matter for the RS-232 communication.
