Re: LEGO Company Welcomes Adult LEGO Enthusiasts

(...) (URL) an official GoB statement, just my opinion. I can dig up where I said the same thing some time ago if you think it's helpful... For those that want to give a go to copying my work for their own enjoyment, there's lots of info at the (...) (24 years ago, 7-Dec-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: LEGO Company Welcomes Adult LEGO Enthusiasts

(...) If you do buy sets purely to build with, why does the eBay market getting hurt make you sad? I buy sets only to build with, and hurting the eBay market makes me neither happy nor sad. The only thing I see in it is that I can finally buy sets (...) (24 years ago, 7-Dec-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: Lego AT-AT

(...) Interesting - the foot looks quite good, but the leg is nowhere near long enough for a foot that size. All a bit too big for mine at the moment though... Jason Railton (24 years ago, 7-Dec-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: F40PH Instructions on Brickshelf

Whatever happened to the idea of a custom lugnet.trains Idea Book? I know there was a tread about this a while ago... Bryan "sebarile-MOBL" <steve.e.barile@intel.com> wrote in message news:G56BsM.7AC@lugnet.com... (...) (24 years ago, 7-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: F40PH Instructions on Brickshelf

Bob, These instructions are great. Thanks for sharing. I plan to print them out on quality paper and make into a nice, custom booklet for my own reference. Bryan "Bob Hayes" <bobhayes1@aol.com> wrote in message news:G55Kz7.CAy@lugnet.com... (...) (...) (24 years ago, 7-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)

  New AT-ST, using plates

This is my latest AT-ST Scout Walker. I think the arrangement of plates makes the face look quite authentic, although the face may be a little too long overall. The legs are a bit naff, but I thought I'd show it anyway: (URL) also something cunning (...) (24 years ago, 7-Dec-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Idea for ldraw.org page

How about recognizing, either on the front page, or on the download page, the most prolific part authors per vote or per year. It seems like there are usually 3-4 authors at any given time who really carry the load for creating new parts, and it (...) (24 years ago, 7-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

(...) As I said before, good luck with that. I don't think you really can "copyright" an arrangement of someone else's patented materials. Let's keep that in mind here, folks: we are *not* talking about music. Music is a naturally occuring thing. (...) (24 years ago, 7-Dec-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Lego AT-AT

(...) Well, I've gotta come in and clarify. I don't think it's possible to achieve a walking model made of Lego parts (not counting future miracle parts) that walks as an AT-AT is "supposed" to walk (using all the joints as shown in the movie, not (...)   Re: Eidolon Engineering releases Spiffcraft to Public

(...) Okay, I've put it together in LEdit, but I'm using Thomas Burger's unofficial version of the Divers Bubble Dome for the canopy. Does an official version of this part exist? Dave! (24 years ago, 7-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

Re: End of 9V train line?!

Frank, Thanks for your input on this. It seems that a new transformer could be the "backbone" of an expanded 9-volt line with automated everything... Bryan "Frank Buiting" <frank.buiting@infopulse.nl> wrote in message news:G575zq.J4C@lugnet.com... (...) (24 years ago, 7-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)
