(...) This is known as an 'impedence mismatch'. Basically your NPN amplifier is incapable of driving the analog input low (which in itself seems a bit weird since you only need to sink .1 mA to do that which suggests that perhaps there is feedback (...) BTW..with the BINH, iwas getting 1"...but when i removed it as suggested by Chuck Manis (in some old mail)...it's reading the correct distances. So i guess (...) Does anyone have asm (icb) code that utilizes the pinouts of the motor port 1+2 (motor drvr chip removed) to drive a stepper motor. Does anyone know how I might turn a selected output on the expansion header low. These outputs are normally high and reading the docs tells me this header is used for chips selection.
