Well, haphazardly walking through the KB in Worcester yesterday elicited some good prices, plus the Technic Space Shuttle (8480) at $55.10! (That's after tax) It seems they were having a markdown on ALL Lego sets PLUS an extra 25% off taken at the (...) (26 years ago, 14-Aug-00, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.loc.us.ma)

Op Lugnet/Technic komen al berichten uit o.a. Engeland en Duitsland dat de nieuwe Technic Lego daar al verkrijgbaar is. Volgt Nederland nu ook binnen afzienbare tijd? Ik hoop dat het incident met de catalogus niet betekend dat ook de LEGO zelf later (...) (26 years ago, 14-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.nl)

Was this at a regular KB toys store or an outlet store? I know the outlet stores are having 25% off Lego sale till around the end of the month. (...) (snip) (...) You should see how long a 2.5 Gal air tank at 100 psi with a regulator will drive a pneumatic thingy!. I gave up on trying a all lego solution to my coal unloader (because it is "sticky", and the volume of air lost is large), and (...) (26 years ago, 14-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) It is quite noisy, but it only runs for about 2 minutes, then shuts off. The tank of air is enough for about 3 full trains through the unloader, far more than I have ever ran through it (the RCX almost inevitably makes a good crunch of it (...) (26 years ago, 14-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Its a bit like that when you discover all these resources on the net. I remember the first time i came across rec.toys.lego in '96. I was like WOW..all this interest in Lego.
