You can get all technic parts you gonna need in order to build the ankles from current sets - if you just purchase supplementary packs you even won't have to spend much money. LEGO Technic Set 8226 "Off Roader" is a good source too. (26 years ago, 11-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

I'd just like to say that while there is no official announcement as yet, that I've checked on the possibility of ADSL coming to my area, and it says on the Telstra site that they're reviewing their plans for my area.
