Re: who's feelin the black pack?

All right, let's get to answering a REAL question: Why doesn't Lego put out a "Star Trek" line???!!! And if they do, I hope that green-blooded Spock is YELLOW! (Except, of course, for his blue uniform shirt and black pants.) Long live Lego! (...) (26 years ago, 9-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Harry Potter (Film) Set

Todd, Is there a lugnet.harrypotter in our future? I think (pure speculation) that the movie will be primarily CG - think about Hagrid - he just wouldn't be done 'right' with the old styles of filming tricks... Gene (26 years ago, 9-Aug-00, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) Flagship (...) not (...) Actually I did call but it was already sold at some terribly uncivilised hour of the morning, so it didn't seem appropriate to demand the details in those circumstances. Kerry (26 years ago, 9-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Harry Potter (Film) Set

(...) I've heard Robby Coltrane is supposed to be cast as Hagrid, but I hope they'll use a bit of CGI trickery (as in the Merlin, Arabian Nights, and other tv series and the hobbits in LOTR). - Sean (26 years ago, 9-Aug-00, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.uk)

I'm moving to Orlando soon -- Celebration, specifically -- and I'm a little worried about the lack of activity in this newsgroup! Are there a lot of Lego fans in the Orlando area?
