I just found out that OSU Faculty and Staff can get 2-1 tickets to the soccer all star game. Upper and lower reserved seats are 2 for $28 and north and south end seats are 2 for $20. I can offer some input on this, as I have used both the Rug Warrior approach and the Handy Board approach that you describe. It's mostly bricks - 1x/2x for the statue, 2x for the base. I told one of the people there that we REALLY needed 2x2 and 2x4 slopes in that color for copper roofs.
