Like Scott, I was not sure what to expect from the programme, although while the ship was quite impressive, in some ways it had scope for improvement. I felt that the bow would look much smother using plates rather than bricks, but maybe he did not (...) (25 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Yes. I have used it successfully, though not always... In my case it seems to be a problem with the uart 16550A. It does not switch to low lattency mode correctly making the tower blind to the RCX.
