  Re: Duplex Comms with RCX

(...) I just haven't found a non-intrusive method for keeping the tower alive. I hate transmitting garbage every few seconds and possibly trampling incoming data. I'm also not sure this is a very good long-term solution. Really a general purpose (...) (25 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.robotics.tele, lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: German Halftrack, Armored Car, etc. etc ...

(...) While attention to scale certainly is important, the appearance is probably even more important. And your models really look realistic! Given the choice to incorporate minifigs at all, there is probably no other solution than to build at (...) (25 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

  Re: LEGO Pneumatics

(...) Hi all I just thought I would let everyone know if you don't already. Lego is no longer producing service packs for pneumatic parts. I guess that would mean no more pneumatic technic sets. The last place to get parts is pitsco. They cost much (...) (25 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Find of the decade?

Kidding or not, he sure has a nice lot of trains there (and some of them are still wrapped in the plastic packaging--clearly unopened). Alan (...) (25 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Looking for Roof Pieces

Yippee! Thanks so much for the info. It just so happens I got a Robo Raptor for Christmas a couple years ago, and it's been sitting in storage ever since. Not anymore. I never thought I'd find the parts in my own inventory. Well, off to buy some (...) (25 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Find of the decade?

(...) Of course he is, and this time even I have recognized it. As a wise man said: "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. :-)" Was only kidding myself "**" ;-) Regards, Ben (25 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: German Halftrack, Armored Car, etc. etc ...

(...) Amazing stuff! I've built a remarkably similar jeep (in black), but mine is a little bigger and uses lots of curves and tiles for a smoother finish. I guess it's still a work in progress, though, since I've got one big problem: I need a 6-wide (...) (25 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build)

  Re: LEGO Pneumatics

(...) Uhhh... they still stock them in Denmark, certainly. I had an order through just this week. I ordered it from the UK service centre, but the pack came from Denmark. I just sent them a cheque with the prices from a two-year-old service parts (...) (25 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: problems w/ L3P

L3P is a DOS program. You can NOT run it by double-clicking on it in the Explorer. You must run it in a DOS window (a DOS-box). Open a DOS window (Start/Programs/MS-DOS-prompt) There are two requirements to run L3P: 1) DOS must know where to find (...) (25 years ago, 26-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.ray)
