Forestmen, Wolfpack, Bull-men, and the Undead

That other thread seemed to be getting too long, so I thought I'd add my thoughts here. In my world, here's how it goes. The Forestmen are Robin Hood types. They have their own secret forest hideouts and little castles. They live off the forest, but (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: GB#3

I received General Box #3 today and will be sending it out tommorrow. This is my second Jambalaya box and the last I am on the lists for. I am glad I won't be participating anymore. It seemed like a good idea when it all started...but both boxes I (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

Re: I am back with pics!

That looks really fantastic! It looks like a medieval, high-rise, city! I especially like the gray/red building that sticks up the tallest. Great Job! Joel Kuester <septenemae@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:Fs4D30.3n4@lugnet.com... (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Wal-mart website sale

(...) Well, I had 25 of them in my shopping cart but decided to sleep on it before buying them. Then they were gone when I woke up. Still, I have over 30 of those to break up right now, so I don't mind missing out on another 25. (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Legomodular standards?

Not seeing anything yet, this might have already been covered. But, have you guys addressed electrical inter-operablity between modules? With 10' lego wires avalible from pitsco-dacta, even a parralell bus (to cut down on the electrical resistance (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Zany Brainy sale this week (5533 - 6089 each $24.99)

I just called and they said that the sale starts Thursday and goes until the 22nd of April. I did not ask them about individual items though. I'll have to check for the ones you suggest.   Re: Legomodular standards?

(...) Given the amount of feedback we've gotten from the rest of the groups (not too much, nothing very serious) I'd say Mike ought to go ahead. He did a lot of good work in elaborating my somewhat sketchy meeting notes into a much more thorough (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Legomodular standards?

(...) Well, any module that has electrical connections to the track will run them back to the controller area in the module. From there, a controller could be removed and the wire just run to the other controller where multiple layouts are (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Wal-mart website sale

(...) I think I got the last 4. I could use another 25 or so for my project. If someone did get a bunch and is looking for a quick low hassle 10% profit, contact me, please. ++Lar (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Roll Call

(...) Greetings, John. I think that both of us, along with Alan Demlow, should post here more than we do. Central New York certainly has more than three online Lego enthusiasts. We need to bring them out of hiding. The comedian Gallagher used to say (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ny.syr, lugnet.loc.us.ny.uti)

  Re: What's your LEGO Specialty?

Re: Helfire - a microfig scale castle town

(...) Pretty nice, darlin'! I like the way you did the Inn roof; I'd never thought of something like that. Now, you need to expand and make a HUGE town. Maybe for part of it you could use that baseplate I sent you... -Chris (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)
