I recently went home to collect some of my Lego and I grabbed all the baseplates I have. Now the question is how do I clean them? They're covered in dirt and sawdust mostly. My grey space ones have yellowed slightly. Does anybody have any hints? (...) (26 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) That would be more of a fast attack/light assault mecha. Assault Mecha would have heavier armor, more powerfun weapons, and a slower rate of fire, thereby moving slower. (...) problem in using multiple units together. It's hazy to me, but it revolves around gearing. I seem to recally that locos that are geared differently could not be MUed together because of the speed difference at the same throttle setting. (...) (...) (26 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Ya, there are 2 "standard" gearing setups, one which maxes out at something like 97 MPH and one at 112 MPH. You cannot MU otherwise compatable equipment that has the different gearings. Also, note, you cannot MU things like SW1xxx's with say (...) (26 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

<SOAPBOX>Generally (as I understand it at least), an assault is a direct confrontation, usually from the front. With a prepared defender, losses to the attacking forces can be frighteningly high.
