Re: printing on more than one page

The icons in Robolab have the program logic flow from left to right, with modifiers below each icon. This basic structure typically creates programs that are very wide, but not very long. If Robolab were changed so the icons would have program flow (...) (26 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

Re: Strathclyde minifest - this coming weekend

I've given it a page (URL) - LMK if there's anything to change in it! Does this minifest replace the Scotfest? You sound a bit busy this year :) Richard (26 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: FA(eBay): loads of parts ending Sat and Sun

Just noticing that some of my auction posts are getting low marks, like 20... not compaining, mind, but I'd like to know what can be improved. I put in the date and day that they are finishing, a description for each item, and a link (that works) to (...) (26 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.auction) !

Re: WTB/WTT: LegoPirate SHip Mast & Rigging Parts

  Re: Making Lego airborne

(...) My recommendation would be to use an existing airplane or helicopter. You can get one from Cox for as little as $40. I would recommend buying one of the free-flight helicopters and attaching micromotors to a make-shift rudder and tail. You'll (...) (26 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics)

  Cleaning baseplates

I recently went home to collect some of my Lego and I grabbed all the baseplates I have. Now the question is how do I clean them? They're covered in dirt and sawdust mostly. My grey space ones have yellowed slightly. Does anybody have any hints? (...) (26 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Designation conflict

(...) That would be more of a fast attack/light assault mecha. Assault Mecha would have heavier armor, more powerfun weapons, and a slower rate of fire, thereby moving slower. Macross/Robotech Valkyries would probably fall into the light assault (...) (26 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Puzzletown scale

Re: matching motor speeds on mutli-motor trains

(...) intuitively felt there wasn't a problem, but don't have the analog electrical knowledge to describe exactly how it isn't a problem. With a train motor (LEGO or real) there's another factor which will help balance extremely imbalanced motors, (...) (26 years ago, 27-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: matching motor speeds on mutli-motor trains

(...) problem in using multiple units together. It's hazy to me, but it revolves around gearing. I seem to recally that locos that are geared differently could not be MUed together because of the speed difference at the same throttle setting. (...) (...)
