  Re: Purimish fun

(...) for what it's worth, "Shiri" is how I'd spell your name. I never saw a "Sheeree" before - what's the source of that? :) Dan (26 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.people, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Re: Is 8479 Barcode Multi Set worth buying?

(...) well, not being a builder, or a lego engineer (I wish), I must say I had a lot of fun building the barcode set. I even built one of the alternate models, which I don't normally do. Now it's mixed with my Mindstorms, which makes it a lot easier (...) (26 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Purimish fun

(...) Well, you're originally Israeli so it doesn't count... we all spell phonetically, while them USians tend to complicate everything... :-) (...) I dunno, but when I first realized people mispronounce/misspell my name, (at age four ;) my older (...) (26 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.people, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

  Re: Proposed 'Legomodule' standard

I was under the impression that you were using 3/4" plywood, which is what I was told before. I am using 3/4" plywood on top of the banquet legs. I will check the height this evening and post it. FYI, 20 bricks + 1 plate + 1 baseplate = 7.748", so (...) (26 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Minifig Armies?

Hello all, I came out of the "dark ages" a couple years ago during college when the Ninja themed Legos first came out. Since then I've SLOWLY been massing troops in order to create a large battle scene(the Star Wars sets sidetracked my "Ninja Army" (...) (26 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Minifig Armies?

(...) My current minifig total is only 71, but my cousin has a rather large "Space army" consisting of over 200 soldiers. And these are fairly unique; not a lot of clones. I've also got a goal of around 300 minifigs for that true minifig- scale (...) (26 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Proposed 'Legomodule' standard

I have been envisioning a different idea. Start at, for example, 4 bricks + 1 plate at the audience side of the module. Run 1-2 main lines there. At the back of the module, run 1-2 main lines at an elevation of 22 bricks +1 plate. That leaves 18 (...) (26 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Set-posting protocol

(...) The best way IMHO to do this is to use a normal baseplate instead of the crater baseplate, leave the figs helmentless & use the non patterned versions for the patterned parts. -- Jonathan Wilson wilsonj@xoommail.com (URL) (26 years ago, 23-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models.sets)

New pics ( My webpage update...)

(...) I recently acquired some adventurer parts and discovered that the back pack can be fit over the cloth capes and under the SW hoods.... like the result....there are a couple of different views on the webpage...I also took my first stab at a (...)   Re: Noodle Kidoodle order

I had something similar from WB Store. I had my order "not shipped" before I got an email telling me it wasn't shipped. Maybe that is because they didn't email me. :-) Mike Frank Filz <ffilz@mindspring.com> wrote in message (...) (26 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
