I was under the impression that you were using 3/4" plywood, which is what I
was told before.  I am using 3/4" plywood on top of the banquet legs.  I
will check the height this evening and post it.  FYI, 20 bricks + 1 plate +
1 baseplate = 7.748", so we are talking about 7 3/4 inches above the top of
the tables as the GMLTC standard currently sits.

What is the 'base' hight for GMLTC anyway?  Is it that much above 36"?

I'm not even certain.  I think the banquet table legs are around 30 • inches,
1/2 inch plywood, 20 bricks = track height around 36 or 38 inches...  (I • might
be way off though...)
