They did a follow-up on why they didn't place Lego's in the Top Ten due to some outcries (I forget which episode they did it on), and they said it was ranked....at #11. (25 years ago, 19-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

Well, I decided to take the plunge and start work on a mech of my own. So, I began work on a shoulder design, using a white clutch gear, that had been floating around in my head for a couple days now. I am happy to say that it works great! I'll get (...) I went to WWW.AandE.com and then did feedback. Under the title of the feedback, you can select Top 10. Then go from there. I couldn't find an actual email address, but that way looked to be correct. (...) (25 years ago, 19-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

Very nice Amtrak Superliner train set. The custom striping on the locomotive cab blends very well in the photograph. I like the lower nose/coupler on the loco, too. Nice work! Love the tall Superliner coaches, as well. That is a handsome train set. (...) (25 years ago, 19-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains.org, lugnet.trains)

I just finished watching A&E's top 10 toys show, and I am disappointed to say they did not mention Lego as one of them. I did send an email to A&E, voicing my opinion though. I just thought I would share this with the group. (25 years ago, 19-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

Dan and I are working on a rather large project that may be able to assist.
