Hey, I'm no expert! I just got some Brasso about a week ago. It does take a long time, but a half hour is WAY too long. I found that you have to use a CLEAN surface. If its dirty, it doesn't seem to work. I started with a rag, but it got crap all (...) (26 years ago, 9-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

Well, I know they make skylights. We actually looked at Velux skylights when we were building our house (and they made nice ones), but we finally decided against skylights altogether. Its absolute magic! It smells a little bit. I suspect you could catch a good high from it if your into that sort of thing. If not, then I suggest some ventilation. Brad, let me get this straight. You're saying it's better to put a coat of brasso on, let it dry, then wipe it off the brick? That takes out the discoloration faster? What would you use for the tops of the bricks to get in between the stubs? (...) (26 years ago, 9-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)
