Re: buy it ! (XCam in Europe?)

(...) I bought CyberMaster instead of RIS (although I plan to buy a RIS this Xmas) mainly because of the radio link (well and the price, too).   Re: John E. Doolittle

SNIP (...) comes (...) Awfully sorry about that, it seems he already has several people in a not-happy mood at him. That's what I get for not re-reading the back-story. Perhaps Capt.   Re: NYC LEGOfest - Saturday, February 5th

I'm with Disney Adventures, the kids magazine, so I'm press. I usually don't go to Javits (went once during Toy Fair a few years ago, and it was crazy), but if anyone goes, make sure you take pictures of any lego displays! The showrooms at the Toy (...)   Re: New LeoCAD version

(...) Ok, I am not crazy. I would have assumed that a CTRL click would allow you to select multiple objects, but it does not work on my machine.   Re: Legos get you into college

Yes, but note that they are not a technical college, and that they are doing this to recruit minority students to fill a quota.   Re: Poor packaging by TLC (was: Has any one else noticed...)

(...) I too liked the 70's boxes. But they were no match for some of the very heavy early boxes from 1957-68. The European Town Plan sets (700, 810) were heavy wooden boxes. The USA/Canada Samsonite Town Plan (725) and Junior Constructor (717) were (...) (26 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)
