  Spider Slayer 3038/8266 for $39.90

Maybe Cyber Slam ain't your thing, but this set has a motor and shorter-length electrical cable as well as 368 other pieces, some of which are longer black Technic beams, a decent supply of half beams in black, cyan and magenta, and a battery box.   Re: 9v train idea book: I might be making one, anyone interested?

(...) Hmmmmmmm, I will have to pick up a copy of VirtualPC and give it a try. I think my G3 266 with 160 MB RAM can take on your PB 1400. :) Russell (26 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Sneak peek of new DS-4 Fleet Interceptor

(...) Well done! I had often played with the idea of using BURPs to "bulk up" a starship design, but I couldn't figure out how to use them. I can't wait to see more views of yours! Cheers, - jsproat (26 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.space)

I'm looking for 6453 Com-Link Cruiser, 6454 Countdown Corner, 6457 Astronaut and 6458 (...) (26 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Informal WB Store Survey

Hey, WB probably heard that old Jim Croce song... you know the one... "You don't tug on Superman's cape, you don't spit into the wind, you don't pull the mask off the old Lone Ranger and you don't mess around with Larry's LEGOs..." :) Dave (...) (26 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: I didn't get my memebership pack yet

(...) Hmmm, that's no good. :-( Yours would have been sent sometime around the first week of December (and you're marked as already having paid). Ever had airmail from U.S. to Turkey take longer than 8 weeks? I made sure that all 7 lines of your (...) (26 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.people)

So, I have been thinking about using some Conrail decals, and I understand that you soak them in water, float them off their backing, and float them onto the train. The big question is, are they easy to get off? Can you just soak the decal off after (...) (26 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)
