I got an actual NUMBER this time. 1-877-284-7286 This is their number for customer service for orders that were cancelled, etc. It's a damned message asking you to leave a message though. Nice job! I think it's missing a couple edgelines. Let's see if I can describe the area: looking at the part from the back in oblique view, the sloping back of the seat meets the vertical back of the part, but the sides of the seat back continue to (...)
