Hello,
The Blackhawk is finally ready for new adventures.
This is 17-century heavy galleon, equipped with 7 sails, 8 cannons and 10 people
of crew. In the sterncastle theres captains room, which can be pulled out by
the back wall to acces the lower level, where mess and cabooze are located. In
the forecastle theres 1st mates room and boman store. Ive added rescue boat,
working compass and other details. Please, take a look at pictures in my
gallery:
...and tell me, what do you think. More informations about this vessel and
other creations you can find at my website: http://www.geocities.com/shgg9/
Thanks,

Ahoy,
Nice work!
The shaping of the sterncastle is very nice.
Youve captured some great detail in this vessel... its always good to be able
to access the interior (and its something that I dont provide for in many of
my vessels).
Im not too sure about the rigging of the lateen sail... IIRC the arm should be
balanced on the mast, and the sail should be moveable (not rigged to the
backstay). Nevertheless, it does look very nice!
Adieu

hello! thats a nice looking ship. i like that you made an interior for it, like
mr dulin, thats an area i have neglected on my own ships :-) . i like that you
used lego sails. i kinda like the way the the official sails look. i also like
the sterncastle, the angle it is set at is nice. honestly, i also like the pic
of you with your ship. we so often see only the creations and none of the
creators with their creations, hmmmmm, maybe a new topic: pics of pirate
creations and their creators! glad to see another ship on the seas, just steer
clear of the imperial power floating around here, they dont take kindly to
pirates! ye be given fair warnin sorr! ;-)
thanks

Well, its rather hard to put the hand inside to play, but its fun building all
these interior details.

Its intended. Ive always tried to make my models look like they could be
released by TLG.
