I'm in ND, I live in Fargo. I thought I was the only one in ND that likes Lego.
Good to hear from you!

I'd like to meet more AFOL's, maybe start a Fargo LUG. I know one other
person into Lego in the area - he builds mecha, and has an interest in
BrickWarz. I build castle stuff, and lot of scenery. It was really great
to meet someone in person who doesn't think I'm half-baked for playing with
"kid toys"!
Come out of the shadows, we won't bite!

The GMLTC is looking for a few good AFOLs to help us out next week at
Hostfest. We were planning on being there with 8 GMLTC members, but due to
various problems we might be down to only 4.
We'd love to find a few people willing to help us out with our train layout
- not with moving it or setting it up, but with staffing the layout, talking
to people, and answering questions. I don't even know what sort of hours we
will be displaying, but I'm guessing I am in for a few long days next week.
If you're interested, send me a quick email ( gmltc_j1 @ yahoo.com ) and we
will see what we can work out.
Thanks!
JohnG, GMLTC

I'm in Fargo, and it would be so nice to have someone to bounce building
ideas off of...
I have to say the idea of Brikwars doesn't thrill me, but, hey, we've all
got different takes on our favorite toy! ;)

Are there any local Fargo/Moorhead or Grand Forks lugs? I used to know one
other AFOL in Fargo, but that was back in college days and he has since moved
on. I have no clue if there's anyone else out there. I'd be willing to help
start one if one does not exist. (At the very least I'd like to organize a
Brikwars-type game..)
