This weekend (Nov. 3, 4, 5) at the International Centre in Toronto, Ontario the Ontario Lego Builders Group will display their creative efforts. Hello everyone, This post is a continuation of the "Open Invitation" to this years Hobby Show Lego display booth. So far, this year, we already have an interesting list of displays growing... First of all... I want to start by thanking Dave Koudys for all the work he has done over the last two years with planning and organising the Hobby Show. His efforts have been outstanding and allowed many of us the pleasure of displaying our MOCS in (...) Does the local Toronto train group do the train show a few weeks after this? Nov 18 - 19, 2006 The Toronto Toy & Doll Collectors' Show & The Toronto Christmas Train Show We are debating which show to possibly open a sales booth at, "the hobby show" (...) Good day! Turns out that there is an interest of Ontario LEGO builders in attending this year's Hobby Show at the International Centre in Toronto, Ontario. So here's a few prelims-- Those of you who were there last year may remember the soap opera (...)   Train layout ideas for future Ontario/Canada train shows
 
We've been discussinng this for quite a while, so I'm going to endeavour to organize something. The fact is that LEGO Train layouts go over extremely well at train shows. We keep getting invites to various venues to display our LEGO train layouts. (...)   ParLUGment Canada Day Display
 
If you happen to be in the Ottawa area for the annual Canada Day festivities be sure to stop in and say hi! Working in conjunction with the National Capital Commission, ParLUGment will be setting up a LEGO train display in Jacques Cartier Park (just (...)   O-Train
 
(URL) All aboard the (URL)! Built for ParLUGment's Winterlude 2005 train layout, the O-Train is a light passenger train that runs a commuter route through Ottawa. According to the (URL) website> it is a Bombardier Talent BR643 DMU. I'm sure someone (...) (19 years ago, 16-Mar-05, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott, FTX) !!

(...) The O-Train is one of the most impressive MOC in the show, and it was Jason's first train MOC which he finished it in 3 days just in time for the show.
