Arr. I do know where a lovely French outpost would absolutely certainly go--on
New Caledonia (sorry, didn't think of a good pun yet), which was a French
possession. Nice n' close to ol' Port Block, isn't it now? Too bad we weren't
closer to East Africa, where one might put a coaling stop near ABSsyinia...

Well I don't... it took me a heck of a long time to work on my "castle", as
the "man of la mancha" put it (1), and I wouldn't want to see any REAL blood
on those stones!! ;-)
