Alrightey then. I dug out as many technic chairs as I could find last night, and was surprised by how many I have.

After a few hours building this is the result.

It uses 9 technic chairs, but one of them is actually used as a chair, so it doesn’t count - see if you can find the rest. It also employs a bit of Bionicle, a bit of Duplo and guns heavily inspired by Messrs. Giddens and Sandlin.
