Yes, my newest mecha! Named after the legendary warriors of norse mythology, who
fought alongside Odin at Ragnarok. This castle themed mech wields a giant chain
mace and a shielded hand. The pilot is a castle minifig also :)
This mech was intended as a new mech for a show i attended (the cantigny
Illinois train show :) ) and it took about 4 days to make, mostly because i was
stumped on a good hip/leg design.
When i finally did figure out a good plan I used the trowbot arms with he two
ball joints for the hips+knees (the upper leg is inspired by mladen pejic, whom
i always turn to if i am stuck!) The ankles use my basic design, that i used in
my saber, hoplite, and medium mecha. THe shoulders are standard ball joints, a
slight variation from those used on my Raiden. I added the chain-mace for an
added castle feel. I am also very proud of the torso, it is much more
complicated than you may think, using TONS of wedges and slopes.
I welcome all critiques and suggestions! PLMKWYT!!
