For any of you that are fortunate enough to get the 10179 UCS Millennium Falcon set, remember to keep your priorities straight. Enjoy building that awesome set, but don’t neglect the other priorities and opportunities in your life!

This is my first attempt at building a vignette. I understand the concept is normally to tell a story with just one scene. But in this case, I thought the story was better conveyed with a series of four scenes.

Enjoy, and keep building!

P.S. No, I don’t have that set.

John,

That’s great! Considering I had a girlfriend who had a hard time accepting my second job working for LEGO....

Though I am loathe to say the “C” word, in this case it is OK. This vig is just darn cute. Though my ideal situation is to enjoy both a UCS Falcon AND a significant other in a Slave Leia outfit. Its like having yer cake and eating it too, and then having another cake.

   snip

hehe. I got the set for Christmas and after a brief period helping my kids build their sets, tore into this one. Showed this to my wife yesterday and she thought it was brilliant. She also commented that my Lego building hadn’t quite got to the stage where I was ignoring all else...but it was getting close ;-). Very well done vignette.
