Since the motion to the LDraw Bylaws has been posted
http://news.lugnet.com/cad/?n=14366 and publicly discussed, and since by
peoples' silence, there appear to be no more lingering objections, the Steering
Committee hereby calls for a community vote to ratify the motion which
introduces the accountability of "Key Positions" by modifying the LDraw Bylaws
(The full text of the proposed changes can be found at the ballot page at
LDraw.org).
