Hi all,
I've finally got my Lugnet membership and posting priveliges,
so I'd like to invite the community to visit my site, creatively
titled "Bruce's Lego Site". Mostly story telling on a minifig
scale. My main project is The Lord of the Rings, which will be
ongoing for a while. Check it out and let me know your thoughts.

P.S. Followups set to lugnet.castle

Bruce,
Very nicely done... The sets are simple, but they are very effective. I
really liked the river crossing, with the flood/wave. Well done.

Your site looks pretty good. Simplistic sets, but the definitely convey the
story. I like your minifig hobbits.
Good stuff,

heya man, welcome to 'ole lugnet! i still remember my first posting a couple
months ago.. it seems like forever..
your site is way cool.. very simple to look at at first, but the stuff you have
is very enjoyable to read! the stories are so simplistic they are almost
humorous in parts. i like the brickwars, how it begins with the romeo& juliet
beginning but then divulges. also the references to literature is way cool.
my favorite has got to be the diorama/landscapes for both lotr and others (moby
dick comes to mind).. they really have the feel of an actual landscape.
some suggestions.. perhaps snazzy up your homepage a bit, like add some pics
feature within a link next to the link itself.. or something like that, but
overall really cool stuff.
very very cool and once again welcome
-lenny

Loved your interpretation of the LOTR. I guess the new SW Ewok set will be
great for giving your hobbits a real set of legs.
I look forward to seeing the following chapters of the LOTR on your site.
cheers,

Yeah, though I was disappointed to see that they
don't bend. I might get the Harry Potter Gringotts
set instead if the troll heads look right for Gollum.

A-ha. That's why I had so many e-mails in my box today. I was wondering
what sparked the spike in hits. I guess I wasn't a smash hit with the
commentators on that site, though. Oh well.

Thanks. It's based on Marc Nelson's great ogre design. I should get it up
later this week. I'll post an announcement when I do as that will finish
off the Moria section.
