.... and while I'm on an "end of USA Samsonite" tangent. Look at this page from
a 1972 J.C. Penney catalog.... these department store Samsonite Lego catalog
sets (unique to USA) had huge parts counts... huge sets with over 800, 900, and
1,200 parts (from Eric Strand's excellent Lego set catalog collection):

USA Samsonite was desperately dumping their remaining inventory of plastic/parts
in order to get rid of it all before TLG took over the Lego license later in
1972.
Note: these catalog Samsonite sets were in inventory in department store
warehouses and available for sale until August 1973. So although Samsonite lost
the license in 1972, the remaining department store stock was sold in 1973,
simultaneous with 1973 TLG sets.

Josh,
I too think you may be in luck. Most parents don't even let their kids use
superglue, because it will bond 2 fingers together as well (without melting them
of course!). There are safety warnings on the glue container, so parents should
keep it away from children.

Now that the "burden" of the LEGO CD is finished, I can return to posting a lot
of interesting information that I have learned the past few years from others,
as well as from folks in Billund. Luckily, I've never had to sign an NDA!
(Probably because all my research looked back to the past, and not the future!)

Willy, unfortunately, the Irish Flag was removed from the sticker sheet and put
onto a flag in a rather poor manner (this was how Fred got the set). Figures it
had to be that sticker sheet!
I will see if I can at least get you a sticker sheet scan with the Australian
flag sticker still attached.
