  #7119 Twin-Pod Cloud Car - color report

Found my first real batch of 2002 sets at Target today. The report on the suspected 'dark red' color in the Pod Car? WRONG!! It is standard LEGO red, and the darker pieces are the standard LEGO *brown*... I'm very disappointed in this! I was really (...)   Re: So it's finally 2002..

(...) Come to New York and see 2001 in Times Square. Unless it ended its run last night, a restored edition was playing in one theatre. I think it's across the street from McDonald's. They're watching and waiting. (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.year.2002, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

  This years releases

Hey there :) It's January 1st 2005, and I have the opportunity to go back in time to 2002 and buy LEGO, I wonder what sets I should buy to bring back? What is most sought after? I am thinking Life On Mars just because it had a short product run, or (...) (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.year.2005)

(...) This seems to be a common problem, though I am not sure how widespread it is. My 4593 came as you described, with two notched wheels and two unnotched wheels. I called Lego and am awaiting replacement any day now. Henry (23 years ago, 31-Dec-01, to lugnet.year.2002)

racers set 4593 come with wrong rear wheels

I just assembled the two racers which come in 4593. I'm having trouble fitting the wheel center (partref 6014 "wheel wide") into the rear wheel holder. It seens that the wheel doesn't have the notches needed to lock into the wheel holder. I compared (...) (23 years ago, 31-Dec-01, to lugnet.year.2002)
