    Alpha Team Equipment —Eric Joslin
Is it just me, or does it look like Alpha Team bought a lot of surplus Res-Q equipment when their spy department was founded? eric (24 years ago, 25-Oct-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

The one female Alpha Team member looks like she has the perfect head for a Lara Croft minifig, she has the red hair too, just needs to be in the Jedi braid and it would be perfect, just add wetsuit. Jason F. (24 years ago, 25-Oct-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

Re: Alpha Team Equipment —Timothy Carl Buchheim
(...) I must agree that it looks a lot like Res-Q, but I like that color scheme (Blacktron I with trans-blue instead of trans-yellow) so I don't mind. It looks like they have a Divers sub, too. The black/yellow/trans-a...trans-blue scheme appears to (...) (24 years ago, 25-Oct-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

Re: Alpha Team Equipment —Joel Hoornbeek
I would like to know why there is a pair of legs topped with a TV monitor and a couple of control levers in this picture. Is this another member of (...) (24 years ago, 25-Oct-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

Re: Alpha Team Equipment —Adam Murtha
Yeah, I saw that walking computer thing and thought it was odd too. But did you see that sinister looking guy on the top right of that same pic? My guess that it's probably the main 'bad guy' assuming that Alpha team are 'good guys' ~Adam (...) (24 years ago, 25-Oct-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

Re: Alpha Team Equipment —Marc Leidy
As a designer on the "Alpha Team" project, I'm responsible for the "walking TV" set -- the basic idea is that it's supposed to be the way you ask for help (as opposed to a "help button"). I was sitting in my office one day working on the game and (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

Re: Alpha Team Equipment —Eric Joslin
(...) TV" (...) <blink blink> Are you serious, or is this some kind of esoteric joke? If you *are* serious, I have a question for you: Does this imply that a certain amount of the Alhpa Team line was driven by the computer game? If so, how much? (...)         Re: Alpha Team Equipment —Marc Leidy
When I started working on the computer game over a year ago, there was no "Alpha Team" to speak of, in fact, the game was called something different entirely, and the characters in the game were VERY different. The idea at the time was that the (...) (24 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.year.2001)
